I understand that the in-person program will take place physically in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, between October 23rd-26th.
I acknowledge that no equity is required to participate in the scale up program. The startups accepted to the program will be responsible for covering their own travel, accommodations, and food costs for the duration of the program.
I acknowledge that the startups accepted to the scale up program will be required to sign a participation agreement, including a 5% success fee for any sales and/or business development agreement resulting from the program.
